What services do you offer for events?

Mundo Imperial has first class facilities and quality service in lodging, food and beverage, entertainment, convention center, SPA, golf, tennis and everything necessary to organize all types of events in the destinations of Riviera Diamante Acapulco and Merida.

Can I get external suppliers?

At Mundo Imperial we have in-house suppliers for audiovisual equipment and transportation services. If required, you can also hire the services of external suppliers at no extra charge.

What types of menus do you offer?

At Mundo Imperial we offer our groups the service of designing packages tailored to their specific needs and requirements, so we offer a wide range of Banquet Menus with different options in buffet or plated format and with varied options of menus according to the food preferences of each group. I suggest attaching the Kit on the page so that you can download it.

Do you have special menus (children, allergic, vegan, etc)?

Yes, we have special menu options and we can also work with our Chefs to create menus with specific requirements according to the needs of each group.

Can I bring food from a catering supplier?

Mundo Imperial reserves the right of exclusivity for all Food and Beverage services within our facilities. That is to say, we will not allow access to any external supplier or any type of product related to this area.

What beverages are included for an event?

At Mundo Imperial we design the group packages according to the specific requirements and needs of the client, so the ingredients included in the rate will be detailed in the proposal prepared especially for the group.

Do you offer an open bar service or a limited amount per person?

Do you offer audiovisual equipment rental services?

Our rooms only include in-house furniture (chairs and boards), in case you need to quote audiovisual equipment for your events, we share with you the details of our In-House supplier: Encore

Is there parking for guests at the event?

Yes, at Mundo Imperial we have parking available for guests at the event. An additional charge applies.

Is a deposit required to secure the date?

In order to reserve the date and areas for your event, an initial deposit of 15% of the total value of your event is required.

What are the payment options?

Payments can be made via wire transfer, bank deposit or credit card charge. In case of charge to credit card, please consider that a 3% bank commission applies.
