Riviera Diamante Acapulco, February 2023.- The Mexican Tennis Open is just a few days away, the Arena GNP Seguros de Mundo Imperial, will once again be the official venue for one of the best sporting events in Latin America that will take place from February 27th to March 4th, 2023 and the Riviera Diamante Acapulco area is more than ready to receive all the thousands of fans of the so-called white sport.

Celebrating its 30 years and with the participation of at least 5 Top 10 players, it is like the main stadium of Grupo Mundo Imperial's Arena GNP Seguros will receive just over 10,400 people, not counting the alternate courts, where matches will also take place simultaneously, giving an approximate of almost 15 thousand viewers per day.

To celebrate the start of the tournament and welcome the players, Mundo Imperial will hold the already traditional ""Fiesta de Blanco"" at the iconic Princess hotel, where this year an alliance is made with the renowned chef from Guerrero Carlos Gaytán.

From Huitzuco Guerrero and with more than 30 years of experience, chef Carlos Gaytán is famous for being the first Mexican to win a Michelin star in 2013 with his Mexique restaurant in Chicago, United States, where he was also recognized as ""The Chef of the Year” by the American Culinary Federation and also continuously received the visit of former President Barack Obama.

For the sports part, players of international stature such as Carlos Alcaraz (2); Stefanos Tsitsipas (3); Casper Ruud (4); Taylor Fritz (8) and Holger Rune (9) just to mention a few, will grace the courts that will be filled with an adrenaline rush as is experienced every year in the now second season of the GNP Seguros Arena.

As one of the sponsors and venue of the most important sporting event in Latin America, Mundo Imperial, it is waiting to give the initial welcome kick with Renata Burillo, president of the Administrative Council of Mextenis; Geoffrey Fernández, director of the Los Cabos Open and Álvaro Falla, director of the AMT.

To enjoy this great event, the Riviera Diamante Acapulco offers various lodging options, whether in Princess, Pierre or Palacio Mundo Imperial, they are excellent options that are close like no other to the GNP Seguros Arena.

The last week of February and the first week of March, the eyes of Mexico and the world will turn to see the most important ATP 500 tournament, where Acapulco will gather endless emotions.

New stadium, Top 10 players and a unique tourist destination are the perfect elements to celebrate the 30th edition of the Mexican Tennis Open at Riviera Diamante Acapulco. Let the party begin!
