Is there a required dress code?

The traditional golf dress code is used, which consists of a polo shirt, Bermuda shorts or gabardine pants; swimsuits, denim, or clothing that is not applicable to the sport are excluded.

What are the golf course hours?

The first reservation can be made starting at 7:00 am and the last reservation for 9 holes is at 5:30 pm.
The proshop is open from 6:45 am to 7:00 pm.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made 24 hours before your reservation.

Do you offer caddy service?

Yes, it can be requested at the time of your arrival at the course, or you can make a notification at the time of your reservation.

Do you have carts for rent?

The green fee includes the shared golf cart. If you require an additional cart, it can be rented at the pro shop and will be subject to availability.

Do you have clubs for rent?

Yes, it is important to request them at the time of your reservation.

Do you sell golf equipment?

No, but we do have equipment for rent and the pro store has the essential consumables for you to enjoy your round of golf.

Is there a tee time, or can I just come in and play?

All reservations are made through our website, www.princessgolf.com.mx

Do you have group reservations?

With Mundo Imperial Golf you will be able to organize your events with the highest quality service and have an unforgettable experience.

Do you offer golf lessons?

We have private lessons for all levels, we organize corporate clinics, and we also have lesson packages for children.

Can I bring food and beverages to the golf course?

It is not allowed to bring food and beverages, since Mundo Imperial Golf has a wide menu for golfers.

Can I play less than 18 holes?

The rates are stipulated for 9 or 18 holes.

What are the ages to play?

Do you have a membership?

Yes, Turtle Dunes Country Club is a private course which you can only play if you are a member or are staying at one of the Mundo Imperial hotels.

How much is the green fee?

Rates vary depending on the course you wish to play and the tee time. For more information, contact the Proshop at: (744) 469 10 00 ext: 4006.

Are there any restrictions for guests?

The Princess Golf Club course is open to the public and Turtle Dunes Country Club guests must come with a Turtle Dunes Country Club member.

Is there a guest fee?

No, not included.

Can I use the hotel's facilities and services if I am not staying at the hotel?

No. Mundo Imperial hotels have day passes and their price varies depending on which one you attend, it is important to check availability.

Is there a practice range?

The golf courses share a driving range with a 300yd back nine. It is open to the public and its schedule is from 7:00am to 6:00pm.
