Founded in 2005, Mundo Imperial Entertainment & Hospitality encompasses five of Mexico’s premier travel, convention and entertainment destinations: Palacio Mundo Imperial, Princess Mundo Imperial and Pierre Mundo Imperial in Acapulco, Wayam Mundo Imperial in Mérida and Xixim Mundo Imperial in Celestún.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in time is at 14:00 and check-out time is at 11:00.

No, Princess Mundo Imperial is a smoke-free hotel.

Do you have transportation service to and from the airport?

Yes, we offer cab services for transportation between the hotel and the airport.

What is the cancellation policy?

You may cancel or modify your reservation in accordance with the policies specified in your reservation. Some reservations may be subject to cancellation fees.

Are pets allowed at the hotel?

Yes, we allow pets with a charge of $999.00 MXN per night, taxes included (16% VAT and 3% lodging). A maximum of 2 pets per room is allowed. They must be under supervision.

What are the parking options?

One parking space is available per room. If you need additional parking spaces, please inquire at the concierge desk.

Is breakfast included in the room rate?

Breakfast is only included in the all-inclusive rate.
