1. Definition and Scope
1.1. Club Imperial is an exclusive membership program offering benefits at the participating hotels: Princess, Pierre, and Palacio Mundo Imperial.
1.2. These terms govern the use of benefits, discounts, and services associated with the membership.

2. Membership Types and Benefits
2.1. Silver Membership

• 10% discount on food and beverages

• 10% discount on spa services

• 15% discount on green fees

• 10% discount on tennis court rentals

2.2. Golden Membership

• 15% discount on food and beverages

• 15% discount on spa services

• 20% discount on green fees

• 15% discount on tennis court rentals

2.3. Platinum Membership

• 20% discount on food and beverages

• 20% discount on spa services

• 25% discount on green fees

• 20% discount on tennis court rentals

Discounts may not be combined with other promotions.

3. Use of Active Balance
3.1. The active balance is personal and non-transferable, except for pre-registered beneficiaries.
3.2. To apply the discounts, the member must:

• Present their membership wristband

• Show a valid official ID

• Provide the room number (when applicable)

4. Reservation Policies
4.1. Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in: 3:00 PM

• Check-out: 12:00 PM (may be extended until 3:00 PM, subject to availability)

4.2. Cancellations

• More than 7 days in advance: 100% refundable

• 3 days in advance: 50% refundable

• 48 hours or less: Non-refundable

5. Restrictions
5.1. Blackout Dates:

• Abierto Mexicano de Tenis

• New Year’s Week

5.2. Not applicable for:

• Groups or conventions

• Special events

6.1. Club Imperial reserves the right to update the benefits, with prior notice through:

• Official website

• Mobile application

• Email

7. Validity
7.1. Benefits will remain active as long as:

• The membership is valid

• The member is up to date with payments
