The maximum capacity is 4 persons per room, with an additional charge for the 3rd and 4th person (except for children up to 12 years old). Please note that during your stay, you may choose to accept our Resort Service for a fee of $250.00 MXN per room, per night. Resort Service offers the following benefits: internet (up to 4 devices per room), local, national, and 800 telephone calls, parking (one car per room), access to the gym and @Play (both subject to schedules and availability, consult Concierge). If you wish to enjoy this service, you must pay for it directly at the property upon your arrival. Resort Service does not generate taxes.
