A maximum of 4 persons per room is allowed; an additional charge applies for the 3rd and 4th person. During your stay, you may choose to accept the Resort Service for $250 MXN per room, per night, which includes: internet for up to 4 devices per room, local, national, and 800 telephone calls, parking for one car per room, access to the gym and @Play according to schedules and availability—consult Concierge. Resort Service is tax-exempt and its rate is updated on January 1 of each calendar year; consult your reservation agent. Resort Service is paid to the hotel upon arrival. For the breakfast-included modality, reservations cannot be made on October 3 and 4; November 13 to 15, 19 to 21, and 23 to 30; December 5 to 7, 2025; January 22 and 23; February 11 to 13 and 21 to 28; as well as April 5 to 7 and 27 to 30, 2026. For the all-inclusive modality, there is no availability from October 1 to 3, 6 to 8, and 12 to 16; November 19 to 21, as well as November 26 and 27, 2025; January 20 and 21; and April 27 to 30, 2026.
