Conditions
Reserve from June 2 to December 20, 2025, at the Palacio Mundo Imperial, on a room-only plan and enjoy, at no additional cost, one hour of use of the tennis court per night of stay (subject to availability), along with the loan of one racket per person (up to 4 people) during court use. Any product and/or service not included will incur an independent charge. Maximum 4 persons per room, with an additional charge for the 3rd and 4th person (except for children up to 12 years old). During your stay, you may choose to accept our Resort Service by paying the hotel a fee of $250 MXN per room, per night, which includes: internet (up to 4 devices per room), local, national, and 800 telephone calls, parking (one car per room), access to the gym and @Play (both subject to schedules and availability, consult Concierge). Resort Service does not generate taxes. Palacio Mundo Imperial grants its guests access to Scala Ocean Club®, subject to favorable weather conditions, days and hours of operation, as well as official authority mandates. Transportation from Palacio Mundo Imperial to Scala Ocean Club® and vice versa at established times.
