Guests of the spa must be at least 16 years of age (if special treatments are developed, an adult must accompany a younger guest).

If you have a history of high or low blood pressure problems, heart conditions or pregnancy, please consult a physician prior to your visit. The consumption of alcohol before, during and directly after a treatment is not recommended.

Please conclude all telephone calls prior to entering Spa. For your relaxation and to maintain serenity, cellular phone use is not permitted. We appreciate you using your cell phone only in the privacy of your suite.

The treatments you select are reserved especially for you. We ask that you provide at least a 12 hour in advance notice if you need to re-schedule or cancel your appointment. ELAN spa does have a cancellation policy; failure to fulfill your scheduled treatment time will result in a full charge of the service. If you are a registered hotel guest, cancellation of your service is three days prior to arrival.

Gift certificates are requested at the spa reception.

For massage services or treatments, it is recommended to come without children, or they can wait in the kid’s club that we have at the hotels.

The Spa is a non-smoking facility. Pets are not allowed.

Every month we have different packages, it is recommended to speak to our spa to know the promotions of the month.

To enhance your spa experience we provide a private locker, robe and sandals as well as grooming amenities. We have separate women’s and men’s wet areas that include a steam sauna and whirlpool. For your enjoyment we offer healthy snacks, assorted teas, filtered water and fruit juices.

We have a variety of beauty products, very exclusive beauty brands.

Give yourself plenty of time so you can enjoy the steam sauna and whirlpool prior to your services. This will relax and warm your muscles which will aid in the therapeutic benefits of your services.

We customize packages for groups according to your needs.

This is your treatment, and we want you to feel comfortable. It is customary to completely disrobe for your spa services, although you may wear a swimsuit or undergarment if you prefer. You will be given the opportunity to disrobe with your privacy maintained.
Guests from the hotel are welcome to come to the spa treatment areas in their robe and a fresh one will be replaced in your room. Bathing suits may be worn in Hydrotherapy.

We invite you to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled spa appointments. This will allow time to receive your locker, we will provide you with a robe and sandals so you can enjoy the sauna, steam room or Jacuzzi.
