The maximum capacity is 4 persons per room, with an additional charge for the 3rd and 4th person (excluding children up to 12 years old). Please note that during your stay, you may choose to accept our Resort Service for a fee of $250.00 MXN per room, per night. Resort Service offers the following benefits: internet (up to 4 devices per room), local, national, and 800 telephone calls, parking (one car per room), access to the gym and @Play (both subject to operating hours and availability, inquire at Concierge). If you wish to enjoy this service, you must pay for it directly at the property upon arrival. Resort Service does not generate taxes. Palacio Mundo Imperial also grants complimentary access to Scala Ocean Club® (guests only), subject to weather conditions, operating days and hours of Scala Ocean Club®, as well as the instructions of the competent authorities, transportation from Palacio Mundo Imperial to Scala Ocean Club® and vice versa at established times.
