The maximum occupancy per room is 4 persons; an additional charge applies for the 3rd and 4th person. During your stay, guests may purchase the Resort Service for $250 MXN per room, per night, which includes internet for up to 4 devices, local, national, and 800 telephone calls, parking for one vehicle per room, access to the gym, and @Play; all subject to operating hours and availability. This service is paid directly at the hotel and is tax-free. Mundo Imperial® provides complimentary access to Scala Ocean Club®, subject to operating days and hours, favorable weather conditions, and official regulations, with transportation available between Palacio Mundo Imperial and Scala Ocean Club® at established times.
