Access the promotion, "#ViveLaExperiencia El Yaki", by booking your lodging services at Palacio Mundo Imperial and receive per person, per room, 1 ACCESS in Club 3 zone of Forum Mundo Imperial for guests who have December 16, 2023 as their night of lodging. Event date: December 16, 2023 at Forum Mundo Imperial (subject to change, rescheduling and/or cancellation by its Organizer). Applies in European plan, and based on double occupancy. Maximum capacity of 4 persons per room and additional charge applies for the 3rd and 4th person (except for children up to 5 years old). At the time of Check-in, the Client will be asked for his/her credit card to cover the expenses generated during his/her stay (room, food, extras, laundry, dry cleaning, international long distance calls, etc.). In case of late cancellation or No Show, the Client acknowledges and accepts that for each No Show (room reserved, not used) will be charged ONE night in the contracted package, plus its corresponding taxes. The tickets for "#ViveLaExperiencia El Yaki" are not negotiable or transferable to third parties. Access and stay in "#ViveLaExperiencia El Yaki" is subject to comply with the measures to prevent and mitigate the contagion of COVID-19. We are not responsible for lost and/or stolen tickets. All lodging services generate an additional charge of $220.00 MXN pesos for Resort Service, per room, per night, which includes: basic internet 5 MB (up to 04 devices per room), local, national and 800 phone calls, access to the Kids Club, gym, valet parking, bellboy and maid services. Includes parking service (one car per room), subject to capacity and availability of the establishment. Access to Kids Club and gym is subject to availability and hours of operation (check with the Concierge area). Resort Service does not generate taxes. Palacio Mundo Imperial also grants complimentary access to Scala Ocean Club®️ (guests only), subject to the existence of good weather conditions, days and hours of operation of Scala Ocean Club®️, as well as the indications of the competent authorities, transportation from Palacio Mundo Imperial to Scala Ocean Club®️ and vice versa in established schedules. In addition, when booking two nights or more, get complimentary access for one person, per room, to the Advanced Circuit at XMonkey or Free Jump at Xtasea®.
